Orders are confirmed upon payment approval. In case of a stock or pricing error the seller reserves the right to cancel the order and refund the amount, informing the buyer immediately.

5. Limitation of Liability

6. Governing Law

Turkish law applies. Istanbul Courts and Execution Offices have jurisdiction; for consumer transactions, the Consumer Arbitration Committee at the consumer's residence is competent.
