2. Product Information
The essential characteristics, quantity, unit price and total amount of the ordered products are shown in the order summary and confirmation email.
3. Price and Payment
All prices include VAT. Payment can be made by bank transfer or credit card. Card payments are processed through 3D Secure; card details are never stored on our servers. Shipping costs are displayed separately in the order summary.
4. Delivery
In-stock items are dispatched within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation and delivered within a maximum of 30 days.
5. Right of Withdrawal
You may withdraw within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason, provided the product is unused and resalable. Exceptions are listed in the Distance Sales Agreement.
6. Complaints
Complaints may be submitted to the Consumer Arbitration Committee or Consumer Court at your place of residence.
